We offer a diverse range of classes. 7 days a week, special events, workshops, kids yoga, SUP (Stand Up Paddleboard) Yoga and Certified Yoga Teachers Training Program with Yoga Alliance.
Something unique about our studio is the use of props such as chair, blocks, bolsters "yoga wheel" and the Great Yoga Wall, for classes such as Alignment, Healthy Spine and Restorative. Teachers will teach you the benefit of experiencing different yoga "asanas" (postures) of deepening and strengthening your physical practice. Creating Strength, Flexibility and Balance.

This class is appropriate for students with tension or pain in the neck, shoulders, upper and lower back and whose back problems need to be addressed in a specific class for healthy back care.
Students in this class will be introduced to the power of releasing tight muscles due to stress, strain, and injuries, by practicing mindfully therapeutic movements with props such as blankets, chair, exercise balls, blocks the "Great Yoga Wall" will be incorporated .

Fundamental/Community Yoga Class is open for all students new to the studio. It does not matter how advanced or in-advanced yoga practice you have we highly recommend to start your first class at this level. This class is perfect for beginners.
Alignment Level 1 - (Beyond Fundamental)
This class is a perfect choice for students new to yoga, who are physically active or students looking to build a stronger foundation in their yoga practice, exploring the fundamentals of yoga asanas (Poses) . This class focuses on the classical standing poses, seated poses, inversion and relaxation poses.
Students age 12 and up are welcome to this class.
Alignment Level 2 -
A firm foundation in Yoga Asanas at the previous level is required . Asanas are held for longer periods of time, working on a deeper understanding of asanas anatomically and energetically. This class uses of Sanskrit words for the asanas and actions .
Advance level student "Strong Practitioners."
Focuses on providing healing for the body and mind.
We offer this 2 hour class on Sundays to help align the mind and body for a week ahead. This class will help activate the parasympathetic nervous system, with breathing exercises (Prana) and support the body in different postures (asanas) with props to help you relax and release control of the body, helping to regulate the nervous system, by putting the muscles in a relax state. Constant practice of relaxation will your body be less vulnerable to stress related illnesses or injury. This class will also help achieve endurance in mind and body, overcoming stress from illness/ injury and emotional depression/ anxiety caused by events in our daily life. Students participating in this class must be able to get up and down from the floor unassisted. This class is perfect for athletes. Space is limited.

DAY Children's Yoga is an opportunity for kids to go into a Journey with Yoga, learning its meaning, “Union,” bringing this concept through physical activities. This class will help children connect with their mind & body, learning self-control and body awareness. Children will explore this journey in a cooperative relationship, learning about friendship, happiness, kindness, honesty, passion, self-esteem and gratitude. In a non-competitive environment children will learn strength , flexibility and balance.
